| Using personal-use commissions for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. |
| I do not consent to using my art in NFT projects or AI training. |
| Clients must credit me [@mothmire] when posting my commissioned work online/publicly. |

| I take patment, and all prices are listed in USD. |
| Payment must be made upfront via: PayPal |
| Additional charges will be sent as a separate invoice if applicable. |

| My turnaround time is usually 2-3 days, but it can change depending on my current queue and the complexity of your order. | |
| Deadlines must be disclosed upfront and should be within my general TaT. A rush fee applies if a client requires it sooner than my TaT. I may reject a deadlined request if I don't think the given timeframe is enough. | |
| Clients may request revisions. Please note that extensive revisions may incur a fee (unless it's a mistake on my part!) | |
| Slow feedback/Additional edits may result in a longer TaT. | |
| The final product will be sent via Email as a PNG file. I cannot provide CSP/PSD/etc. documents. | |
